Second Grade
Welcome to Second Grade!
We want to welcome you and your child to our classrooms for what promises to be an exciting and productive year for all of us.
What to Expect in Second Grade:
- Students will continue to learn to read and write. However, they will begin to read more difficult stories as well as nonfiction.
- Students will be writing longer stories and creating reports on information they have read.
- Students will be completing research and investigation projects.
